Roellen Boarding Cattery was established 15 years ago
to provide high quality personalised care for your
special feline friends.  We only board and breed cats
and we strive to provide a tranquil resort style
environment for our guests.

Our business is primarily from regular clients or
referrals but we are always happy to meet new
guests. We always welcome your visit prior to your
pets stay to ensure that you are happy with the
facilities and environment.

We offer a pick up and delivery service for the
metropolitan area and we can arrange interstate travel
for your pet if you are relocating. Airport pick ups
for visitors can be arranged from both the Domestic
or International Airports.  For all pet transport we
use and recommend Jet Pets. We are also a preferred
boarding facility for their pets in transit.

Checklist for Selecting
a Boarding Facility
Cleanliness - there should be no odour and all areas and
surfaces should be cleaned daily

Fresh Air - Good air circulation limits the spread of viruses
and bacteria.  You are boarding in a multi cat environment
which is very different to a single cat home.

Strict Vaccination and health requirements. Remember your
cats health could be at risk.

Friendly and open communication with the owners and staff.
Make sure you can view all areas including the meal
preparation area.

Willingness to allow you to settle your cat into the allocated
room with some comfort items from home to help them
settle.

Veterinary care provided should your cat need attention
while you are away.

Medical and dietry information is recorded. What brands of
food are available? Are special dietry needs catered for?

Check to see if there are extra charges for administration
of medication.  Are the carers experienced with cats?

Are you able to visit if you are boarding your cat for a
lengthy stay while you relocate?

Business Hours - are they suitable to your arrangements?
If not are you able to make special appointments? Is there
an extra cost for out of hours service?
